​MHR provides a complete payroll service to its clients where required and can assist with some other areas of HR, either directly or via its HR Associate

MHR can provide the following Services:

  • Register with relevant bodies for PAYE & National Insurance

  • Process payrolls either monthly, weekly or other timeframe agreed

  • Maintain employee records - address changes/Tax Code changes

  • Record statutory required personnel information

  • Deal with special deductions/payments (e.g. Student Loans/SMP/SSP etc.)

  • Produce management and costing reports

  • Load and create BACS payments for client to authorise

  • Liaise with HMRC for submission of year end data

  • Respond to any payroll queries

  • Prepare P45’s, P60's and other forms and arrange submission to authorities as appropriate.

  • Maintain pension payment records and submit payments to Pension Providers as applicable

  • Introduce Specialist HR Associate to ensure conformity of non payroll records and data on employees
